Arrest

* Samantha R. Dean, 24, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

* Andrew M. Sweet, no age given, 1226 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Hunter J. Kirn, no age given, of Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Rosanna L. Seiler, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Jontai A. Welch, no age given, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to yield and no insurance.
