The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulent use of credit/debit device.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.
Assault
- Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts
- Bow and arrows, binoculars, a range finder, arrow broad heads, a bowie knife and sheath were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 735 Watkins Drive.
- Cash was reported stolen at 1511 Whitener St.
Property damage
- Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 1511 S. Benton St.
Miscellaneous
- Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 2026 Kenneth Drive.
