DWIs

* Kory M. Kluesner, 22, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign.

* Bradley J. Holten, 25, 3616 Old Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Alonzo L. Morgan, 19, 175 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Derrick L. Jones, 47, 630 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and assault.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Darrell D. Jackson, 40, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Sheila M. Fogle, 40, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 66, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Two 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Eugene L. Dodds, 30, 125 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Ross W. Ledbetter, 20, of Farmington, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Checks were reported stolen at 1720 Oak Hills Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Hibbett Sports, 2136 William St., reported a theft of socks.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1606 Good Hope St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 508 Bellevue St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 331 Country Club Drive. Money, a video game system and video games were stolen.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported at 807 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was damaged at 1701 Lacey St.

* Counterfeiting was reported at Capaha Bank, 3168 William St.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 401 Independence St.

* Kenric G. Heisserer, 50, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Tyler B. Jones, 26, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of weapon.

* Ashley N. Biri, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear a seat belt and failure to display license plate.

* Anthony D. Darlage, 42, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for failure to signal.

* Christopher L. Beckett, 24, of Knob Lick, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Elizabeth A. King, 23, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Kendall J. Consalus, 20, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol.

* Marshall L. Johnson, 1701 Lacey St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for domestic assault.

* Brandon W. Walls, 29, 216 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a nonmoving traffic violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* A domestic assault was reported at 2826 County Road 439. Phillip L. Ponce, 26, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the complaint.
