CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Harold Baker III, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Olga Hasting, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting.
• William Parker, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Shaniquia Gilbert, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting.
• LeeAnn Gilbert, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting.
• Jennifer Moreno, 17, of Thebes, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting.

Assault

• Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

• Shoplifting was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A cellphone, laptop and backpack were reported stolen at 214 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 28 N. Fountain St.
