CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Malinda Lucille Cross, 24, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* William Jeffrey Dicus, 52, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Tina Louis Johnson, 39, of East Cape Girardeau, Ill., was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations.

* Jordan Taylor Modicue, 25, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

* Jose Gonzales, 55, 1006 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Trena Lynn Lawrence, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Casey Ray Gray, 22, 6 Village Drive, No. 8, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Michael L. Hill Jr., 52, 818 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to pay a fine.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Rachel D. Hunter, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Mary L. Welker, no age given, 4802 County Road 205, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Kathryn D. Mouser, no age given, 1221 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Bart Cole, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Debra D. Atchison, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield at U.S. 61 and Themis Street.

* Destiny Danielle Hicks, 17, of Bloomfield, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Erin L. Huffman, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
