Arrests

  • Carla G. Moit, 25, 911 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing and false declaration.
  • Abdulrahman F. Alshammari, 21, 547 Olive St., was arrested on an Illinois State Police warrant for failure to appear.
  • Robert D. Garrity, 38, 14 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.
  • Anthony Soto, 31, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
  • Brucy W. Anglin Jr., 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a warrant.
  • Daunte J. Smith, 37, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested on a warrant.
  • Timothy J. McCall, 49, 1002 Sturdivant St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for larceny.

Summonses

  • Jessica K. Webb, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance and following too closely.
  • Terry A. Mead, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Michael H. Nelson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • Jordan W. Williamson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeremy L. Rector, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane usage.
  • Antionette D. Elliott, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Santon M. Rollins, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.

Burglaries

  • Two televisions were reported stolen in a burglary at 521 S. Frederick St.
  • Burglary, theft and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device were reported at 3122 Dogwood Drive. A laptop, iPhone 6 and charger, debit/credit cards, a ring and money were reported stolen in the incident.

Assaults

  • Sexual assault was reported.
  • Rape was reported.

Thefts

  • A debit card, driver's license, Social Security cards, an EBT card, cash and car keys were reported stolen at Southeast Hospital, 1701 Lacey St.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Money was reported stolen.
  • Medication and groceries were reported stolen at 401 S. Benton St.

Property damage

  • A windshield was reported damaged at 27 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

  • Counterfeiting was reported.
  • A request for service was reported.
