The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brittany Gabrielle Warren, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Summonses

* Christopher B. Jordan, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking the rear of a legally stopped vehicle.

* Ashlee J. Steffens, 28, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated.

* Antoinette M. Moore, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at TJ Maxx.

* David E. Lewis, no age given, of Falcon, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

* Stealing was reported at Sam's Club.

* A purse was reported stolen on Good Hope Street.

* Stealing was reported at 415 S. Pacific St.

* Shoplifting was reported at J.C. Penney.

* Stealing was reported at 801 Good Hope Street.

* Shoplifting and a minor in possession of alcohol were reported at Schnucks.

* Stealing was reported at Sam's Club.

* A cellphone and computer were reported stolen at 507 S. Sprigg St.

* Items were reported stolen at 324 Bellevue St.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault on a law enforcement officer and stealing were reported at Saint Francis Medical Center. A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges.
