The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Margaret A. Fowler, 45, 705 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.

Summons

* Michael D. Bridges, no age given, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.

Thefts

* A door frame and lock were damaged and a laptop and television were stolen from Soto Properties.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 2824 Themis St.

* Medication and cellphone were reported stolen at 45 N. Benton St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A vicious animal was reported.

* A vehicle was towed at 46 Centennial Drive.

* A request for service was reported.

* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
