Cape Girardeau police report 10/10/12

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard Patrick Smith, 31, 1835 Lawanda Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for improper registration.

* John William King, 55, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for high weeds.

* Wade A Moore, 44, 1104 William St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau City warrants for suspicion of failure to appear for prohibited acts, walking in the roadway and indecent exposure.

* Antoine M. Jones, 30, of Doe Run, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Justin W. Henson, 22, 3018 Melrose Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau City warrants for suspicion of failure to appear for leash law requirements and no city dog license.

Summonses

* Deana Marie Tunnell, 31, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 405 was issued a summons for leash law violation and failure to display animal license.

* Cathryn V. Jaco, 17, 1913 Caroline Lane, was issued a summons for assault.

Thefts

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1607 Madison St.

* A 1997 silver Honda Civic was reported stolen at 2740 Adeline Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old man was placed in mentally ill detention.

* A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 42-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A runaway juvenile was reported.
