The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Timothy L. Mize, 23, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 21, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest at Peach Tree Drive and Kingsway Drive.
• Auston Thomas May, 24, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and West End Boulevard and Cousin Street.

Summonses

• Elizabeth A. Ustinov, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Xiulan Dong, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for not having insurance and failure to yield during a motor vehicle accident Cape Centre Drive and Broadview Road.
• Robert L. Koch, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield during a motor vehicle accident at Independence Street and Leming Lane.
• Delaney P. Chapman, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license during a motor vehicle accident at Independence Street and Leming Lane.
• Doris J. Snider, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield during a motor vehicle accident at West Drive and Independence Street.
• Reggie B. Mathews, no age given, of Blytheville, Arkansas, was issued a summons for not having insurance.

• A broken window was reported as evidence of a burglary at 217 N. Henderson St.

• Tires were slashed at 416 North St.
