CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kasey Marie Neal, no age given, 1304 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of assault at 43 S. Main St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia at Lombardo Drive and Cape Rock Drive.
• Thomas Gene Jordan, no age given, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for peace disturbance and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for DWI, traffic and probation violation at Lombardo Drive and Cape Rock Drive.

Summonses

• Chaquone M. Lane, no age given, of Indianapolis was issued summonses for striking a stopped vehicle and improper registration.
• Shannon R. Mungle, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of electronics were reported at 1101 Jefferson Ave.

Miscellaneous

• A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 612 S. Sprigg St.
• Animal neglect was reported.
