CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

DWI

• Kasey Jane King of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of DWI.

Arrests

• Megan Michelle Sisk, 18, and Carla Gene Moit, 24, both of Cape Girardeau, were arrested on suspicion of stealing from Wal-Mart.

Summonses

• Michelle A. Brown, 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to yield and failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Laurie A. Caldwell, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
• Michael L. Burger, no age given, of Millersville was issued a summons for striking the rear of a lawfully stopped vehicle.
• Scott D. Penny, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Zachary T. Baker, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain single lane.

Thefts

• Money was reported stolen at 616 S. Pacific St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 161 West Drive.

Assaults

• Assault and stealing was reported at 36 N. Spanish St.
• Assault was reported at North Main Street and Broadway.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at Country Club Drive and Hillcrest Drive.
• Property damage was reported at 449 S. Louisiana Ave.
• Property damage was reported at 921 Elm St.

Miscellaneous

• A request for service was made at 1432 N. Water St.
• A suspicious fire was reported at Frederick Street Manor, 429 N. Frederick St.
• A 44-year-old male was placed in protective custody.
• A violation of order of protection was reported.
• A 20-year-old male was placed in protective custody.
• A 34-year-old male was placed in protective custody.
• An animal bite was reported on St. Francis Drive.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Timothy L. White, 55, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for fraudulent use of a credit card.
• Mack L. West, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Reginald S. Foote, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.
• Jason W. Thompson, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Sherry S. Hartle, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Michael M. Pesina, 22, of Tucson, Arizona, was arrested suspicion of operating a vehicle on highway without a valid driver's license and on Stoddard County warrant arrests for failure to appear for possession of narcotic equipment, failure to appear for possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic equipment and a Wayne County warrant arrest for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

• Mitchell B. Dozier, 33, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and property damage.
• James M. McCard, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle, driving without valid license and displaying plates of another vehicle.
• Brandon L. King, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for domestic assault.
• Joshua L Goza, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
