The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Juan Silva-Cruz, 23, 3021 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene, forgery and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.
Arrests
* Two suspects, 33 and 30, both of Cape Girardeau were taken into custody pending charges of possession of cocaine and marijuana.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of resisting arrest.
* Cory G. Gabelman, 24, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Jason A. Westmoreland, 32, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Ashley R. Edwards, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Nathan E. Smith, 30. 2005 Old Sprigg Street Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.
* Corey Martin, 33, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.
* Benjamin H. White, 20, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Natalie W. Bohannon, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., Haley L. Wengert, 19, of Jackson and Cody A. Boehme, 19, of Altenburg, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of being minors in possession of alcohol.
* Alexandra S. Smith, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption and resisting arrest by flight.
* Steven J. Clewis, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Brooke A. Whitener, 31, 1205 Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
* David L. McClain, 31, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and stealing.
* Dena D. Johnson, 42, 1003 William St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
* Rennee L. Brown, 41, 1003 William St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.
* Adam C. Norris, 41, 36 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
* Dejuan I. McClung, 25, 521 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Tylan V. Marks Jr., 26, 46 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
* Christian Quintas-Cruz, 22, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.
* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
* Michael P. Park, 29, 1905 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Rantricus M. Wigfall, 26, 101 N. Ellis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Chatham, Ga., warrant for probation violation.
Thefts
* A robbery was reported at 256 S. Benton St.
* Stealing by deceit and theft of guns and other items were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A bottle of Xanax was reported stolen at 801 Good Hope St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of fuel.
* Theft from a parked vehicle was reported at 616 Broadway.
* Mobil, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A TV and swords were reported stolen at 901 W. Fort St.
Burglary
* A robbery and burglary were reported.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a burglary and money stolen at 2500 S. Sprigg St.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 627 N. Lorimier St.
Property damage
* A glass door was reported broken.
