The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Joseph M. Ombima, 32, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Tommy L. Miller, 29, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Edwin T. Patterson, 38, 723 William St., was arrested on suspicion of an ex parte violation.

* Devon D. Johnson, 20, 1229 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Naomi Johnson, 48, 917 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Lloyd Hunt Jr., 49, 511 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of child molestation.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Douglas B. Clark, 38, 1208 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a leash law violation

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A theft from a vehicle was reported at 335 N. Kingshighway.

* A plasma TV, flat-screen TV, jewelry and autographed basketballs were reported stolen at 1808 Merriwether St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 415 Broadway.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported keyed at 3126 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* Child molestation was reported.

* A 51-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported.
