CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Amber R. Strong, 27, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, crossing center lane of travel and no headlights.

Arrests

• Richard D. Ozment, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for resisting an officer.
• Tara N. DePauw, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, no license, no insurance and no rear lights.
• Holly F. Dover, 34, of Creve Coeur, Missouri, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• A 15-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• Two boys, age 15 and 16, were arrested on suspicion of assault.
• Bethany A. Deuster, 29, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Thomas Matthew Haynes, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for vehicle theft.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of dangerous drugs and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of peace disturbance.

Summonses

• Al'Bresha J. Young, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Laura A. Taylor, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a solid red traffic signal.
• John J. Edmonds, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
• Audie L. Maze, no age given, of Searcy, Arkansas, was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.
• Jordan D. Caruso, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Megan Elizabeth Sisk, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Jordan B. Ledure, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• A cellphone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• A vehicle engine and stand were reported stolen at 1527 N. Spanish St.
• Two cellphones were reported stolen at 1014 Bloomfield St.
• E-cigarettes were reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
• Paperwork was reported stolen at 8 Village Drive.
• Money was reported stolen at 2502 Tanner Drive.
• A light-blue 2009 Toyota Yaris, Missouri license plate DK1-A7N, was reported stolen at 1432 N. Water St.

Property damage

• A window was reported damaged at 524 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

• A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A request for service was reported.
