CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Travis J. Williamson, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Robert L. Wilkes, 19, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Michelle D. Dietrich, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant and a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.
• Shannon R. Mungle, 52, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Joseph D. Razor Jr., 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for delivery of concealment of contraband and failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

• Zachary A. Todd, 23, of Ava, Illinois, was issued a summons for assault and tampering with a motor vehicle.
• Matthew D. Milhouse, 20, of Wildwood, Missouri, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
• Andrew R. Berg, 18, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was issued a summons for a being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
• Justin D. Slattery, 20, of Wildwood, Missouri, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.
• Assault was reported at 1432 N. Water St.
• Assault was reported at North Main and Independence streets.

Thefts

• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 2136 William St.
• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at North Spanish Street and Broadway.
• Theft was reported at 2 N. Main St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 111 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 1451 N. Main St.
