The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Justin L. Roberts, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.
• Christopher C. Wampler, 37, of Arnold, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and traffic violations.

Summonses

• Angela K. Wright, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Lillian V. Blattel, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Ida J. Grooms, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Ashley D. Helm, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield the right of way.

Thefts

• A debit card and cash were reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.
• Various credit cards, driver's license, cash, checkbook, hobo bag, clutch, change purse, and GMC truck key were reported stolen at 1515 Randol Ave.
• Stealing was reported at 127 Siemers Drive.
• Money was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Counterfeiting was reported at 380 N. Kingshighway.
• Violation of order of protection for an adult was reported.
• Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
• An iPhone 4 was reported lost at 1605 Voyager Court.
