The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Caleb B. Marshall, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

* Terrie M. Miller, 45, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear and on a Franklin County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody, pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

* Ebony Lashawn Wade, 17, 1451 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Willie Mae Lockridge, 17, 122 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* William R.D. Porter, 48, 2920 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and resisting arrest.

* James Curtis Presberry, 35, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for child neglect.

Thefts

* CiCi's Pizza, 221 S. Broadview St., reported money stolen.

* Speakers, a TV, DVD player, microwave, dresser and tools were reported stolen at 207 Mason St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Firearms were reported stolen at 1828 La Mesa Drive.

* A M&M trailer was reported stolen at 1425 Bessie St.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3363 Gordonville Road.

* An ATV was reported stolen at 311 N. West End Blvd.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 619 Lafayette Place.

* Windows were reported broken at 1015 Bloomfield.

Miscellaneous

* Child molestation was reported.

* A 51-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
