The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Donna A. Spillman, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

• Travis S. Scales, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Anthony Kittrell, 40, of Farmersville, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Benjamin L. Spiecker, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
• Robert W. Welker, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for running a red light.
• Joshua W. Flahardy, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Colin L. Patterson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.
• Andrew M. Neumann, no age given, of Scott City was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene at Olive and Sprigg streets and also at Sprigg and Mason streets.

Thefts

• Checks were reported stolen at 1857 Rusmar St.
• A trailer was reported stolen at 509 Morgan Oak St.
• A DVD box set was reported stolen at 617 S. Ellis St.
• Theft was reported at 777 N. Main St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at 121 S. Sprigg St.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 1225 S. West End Blvd.

• Keith L. Curry, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and displaying plates of another vehicle and for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to drive within a single lane on the roadway.
• Lionel M. Upchurch, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Michael S. Payne, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Tommie J. Glover, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Christopher R. Fields, 32, of Millersville was arrested on a Perry County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
• Richard P. Mackiewicz, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County warrant for burglary.
• Carteiz D. King, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Timothy G. Dinger, 62, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• William J. Johnson Jr., 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
• Zachary I. Glidewell, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic abuse, resisting arrest and two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer.
• Kyle D. Cox, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of altering or removing item number to deprive lawful owner.
• Arielle L. Samonte, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for signal violation and failure to appear for no operator's license.
