  • Travis S. Scales, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Anthony Kittrell, 40, of Farmersville, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Benjamin L. Spiecker, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
  • Robert W. Welker, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for running a red light.
  • Joshua W. Flahardy, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Colin L. Patterson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.
  • Andrew M. Neumann, no age given, of Scott City was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and leaving the scene at Olive and Sprigg streets and also at Sprigg and Mason streets.
