The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Caroline M. Dearman, 26, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Kelli S. Bertram, 44, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Amber D. Rodgers, 23, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy and assault.

* Kiarra N. Payne, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

* Deborah Sue Shaw, 44, 1528 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

* Morgan A. Tate, 23, 7 N. Park St., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration, possession of marijuana, failure to yield to a right of way and no valid operator's license.

* Charlesmen D. Bobo, 20, 916 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a vehicle without a license and no seat belt, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license.

* James L. Holmes, no age given, of Mayfield, Ky., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Boyce B. Boese, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
