Cape Girardeau police report 1/16/12

The Cape Giradeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Nathan K. House, 28, of Bonne Terre, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Timothy F. Doran, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Matthew W. Taylor, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Burglary

* A television, DVD player and jewelry were reported stolen at 504 Terry Lane.

Theft

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen fuel.

Property damage

* Two vehicles were reported damaged on Themis and North Spanish streets.
