Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Lee A. Bonner, 41, 210 S. Hanover St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* William D. Webb, 47, 269 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Kenya R. Kinder, 32, 1823 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to obey a judge.
* Angela D. Melson-Taylor, 35, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud.
* Korey D. Abraham, 20, 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for being a minor in possession.
* Richard L. Gregory, 17, 172 Parkwood Ave., and Dustin R. Hamilton, 17, 234 Elwanda Drive, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 247 Siemers Drive.
* Garmeisha D. Terry, 25, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Howard M. Gorbaty, 49, of Scotch Plains, N.J., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for littering.
* Joshua W. Dilbeck, 19, 827 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Wayne County, Mo., warrants for possession of substance.
Summons
* Dylan W. Statler, 18, 1624 Themis St., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Burglary
* A burglary and the theft of miscellaneous clothing, televisions and jewelry were reported at 2819 Whitener St.
Thefts
* A cellphone and firearm were reported stolen at 2832 Themis St.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 3317 Kage Road.
Property damage
* A door was reported damaged at 3130 Themis St., Apt. 5.
Miscellaneous
* A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Violation of order of protection was reported.
