The Cape Girardeau Police Report Released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Raymond C. Jackson, 36, 531 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for suspicion of probation and parole violation and failure to support.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery and fraudulently obtaining a license.

* Brandon A. Westfall, 28, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and speeding.

* Henry L. Hawkins, 18, 2010 Brink Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for no license.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a curfew violation.

* Karen A. Mills, 34, 607 Locust St., was arrested on a Dent County warrant for suspicion of fraud.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Charles A. Shipman, 42, 1323 Spanish St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for suspicion of contempt of court, driving while suspended and failure to appear for child neglect.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.

Summons

* Michael A. Stewart, 23, 2503 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for suspicion of DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain a single lane.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported at 329 Bellevue St.

* Assault and burglary were reported at 1909 Randol Ave.

* Assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 3129 Themis St.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Theft of fuel, a lawn mower and weed-eater were reported at 414 S. West End Blvd.

* Theft of medication was reported at 616 Sycamore Circle.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 28 South Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of order of protection was reported.

* A noise violation and trespassing were reported.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A runaway juvenile was reported and later found.

* Harrassment was reported.

* Indecent exposure was reported on South Spanish Street.

* An unattended death was reported.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 36-year-old-man was taken into protective custody.

* A 35-year-old man was reported missing.
