The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Lynsey R. Lowry, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving without headlights.
* Torin C. Roberts, 42, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Willie L. Henderson, 18, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jeremy D. Voshage, 23, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Keith G. Fry, 60, 2504 Albert Rasche Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Zachariah D. Sutton, 19, 2535 Masters Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Marcus M. Broughton, 22, 529 Olive St., was issued a summons for animal leash law violation.
* Domestic assault was reported.

* Burglary, stealing and property damage were reported at 333 N. Pacific St.
* Burglary was reported at 525 S. Ellis St.
* Theft of an iPod and a set of keys were reported at 2464 Cheetah Lane.
* Theft of assorted coins, a knife, GPS unit, DVD player and assorted jewelry were reported at 1701 N. West End Blvd.
* Checks were reported stolen at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.
* License plates were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device wee reported at 233 N. Pacific St.
* Theft was reported.
* Theft was reported at 118 Cousin St.
* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 2215 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* A window on a vehicle was reported damaged at 917 Linden St.
* A window on a vehicle was reported damaged at 809 S. Pacific St.
* Property damage was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at 347 N. Park Ave.
* Property damage was reported at 820 S. Pacific St.
* A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
