  • Makenzie A. Willard, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for possession of heroin.
  • A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody and arrested on suspicion of resisting lawful detention at Masters Drive and David Street.

Summonses

  • April L. Sample, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal neglect.
  • Rhonda J. Revelle, 59, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required.
  • A 29-year-old man was issued a summons for stealing at 2858 Whitener St.
  • Alexander J. Martin, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for stealing and possession of a controlled substance at 2021 Independence St.
  • Christopher E. Martin, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for stealing and possession of a controlled substance at 2021 Independence St.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Third-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • Third-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • Third-degree assault was reported at 777 N. Main St.
  • Assault was reported at Independence and Main streets.

Burglaries

  • Second-degree burglary was reported.
  • Second-degree burglary and theft from the city of Cape Girardeau were reported at 1157 S. West End Blvd.

Thefts

  • Theft from a vehicle was reported.
  • Theft was reported at 1144 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at First Baptist Church, 1289 Lexington Ave.
  • Property damage was reported at 1305 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported at 55 N. Pind Wood Drive.
  • Forcible rape was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported.
  • An animal bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
