  • James Spencer Brasfield, 34, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Jacob Scott Couch, no age given, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving and speeding.

Summonses

  • Daniel G. Ferrell, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for making an improper turn at Normal Avenue and Alta Vista Drive.
  • Brady T. Glaus, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to maintain a single lane, leaving the scene and failure to report an accident at Lexington Avenue and Sprigg Street.
  • Michael Stanley Houseman, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to secure a load.
  • Zachary M. Green, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle at Route K and Saint Francis Drive.
