CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the following calls. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage and violation of an order of protection at 920 N. Fountain St.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery and unlawful use of a weapon in the 2000 block of Big Bend Road.

Summonses

• David J. Biler, 29, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for trespassing at Dollar General, 64 S. Plaza Way.

Robbery

• Robbery, theft, armed criminal action and flourishing a weapon were reported at South Kingshighway and Independence Street.

Burglaries

• Burglary and theft were reported at 838 S. Ellis St.
• Burglary was reported at Mario and Angela's Italian Cuisine, 1740 Broadway.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 1607 Kurre Lane.
• Theft was reported at 3049 William St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 2052 Big Bend Road.

Miscellaneous

• Animal abuse was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.
• Interference with custody was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.
