  • A suspect was in custody pending charges of assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Reese Nations, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Jeremy Gantt, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
  • Collins J. Seyer, 22, 389 Cadmium Lane, was arrested at William Street and Sheridan Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
  • Darius I. Love, 28, 117 Clark Ave., was arrested at 11 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration and no driver's license.

Summonses

  • Steven M. Johnson, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation at 417 S. Ellis St.
  • Minnie L. Patterson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation at South Pacific Street and Jefferson Avenue.
