CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• Medical assists were made on North Henderson Avenue at 1:03 a.m.; Jessica Drive at 4 a.m.; Bellevue Street at 7:34 a.m.; Belleridge Pike at 9:23 a.m.; Whitener Street at 9:49 a.m.; William Street at 12:39 p.m.; North Park Avenue at 1:48 p.m.; North Frederick Street at 3:02 p.m.; South Spanish Street at 7:09 p.m.; and South Middle Street at 10:27 p.m.
• At 8:43 a.m., a vehicle accident, general cleanup, on Bloomfield Road.
• At 10:28 a.m., a building fire on South Ellis Street.
• At 11:41 a.m., a carbon monoxide detector activation on North Church Street.
• At 5:18 p.m., a motor vehicle accident with injuries on North Kingshighway.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday:

• Medical assists were made on Towers Circle at 12:30 a.m.; North Mount Auburn Road at 4:05 a.m.; North Kingshighway at 8:52 a.m.; William Street at 12:03 p.m.; South Mount Auburn Road at 1:54 p.m.; South Kingshighway at 2:23 p.m.; William Street at 3:49 p.m.; Kenneth Drive at 5:01 p.m.; and Rodney Vista Boulevard at 5:20 p.m.
• At 10:13 a.m., a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Hopper Road.
• At 11:38 p.m., arcing, shorted electrical equipment, on North Main Street.
