The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

• Medical assists were made at 2:02 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 6:40 a.m. on Hackberry Street; 11:36 a.m. on South Sprigg Street; 2:31 p.m. on Lowes Drive; 3:13 p.m. on Independence Street; and 9:31 p.m. on Luce Street.
• At 4:29 a.m., unauthorized burning on North Main Street.
• At 7:37 a.m., a call on Cape LaCroix Road.
• At 8:48 a.m., a false alarm or false call on Themis Street.
• At 6:01 p.m., a sprinkler activation, no fire, on South Mount Auburn Road.
• At 7:16 p.m., unauthorized burning on Water Street.
• At 11:55 p.m., a call on William Street.
