The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday:

• Medical assist calls were made on North Sunset Boulevard at 6:52 a.m.; South Kingshighway at 10:19 a.m.; William Street at 10:47 a.m.; South Ellis Street at 10:52 a.m.; North Pacific Street at 12:42 p.m.; Veterans Memorial Drive at 1:01 p.m.; Wiliam Street at 1:15 p.m.; North Frederick Street at 1:57 p.m.; Morgan Oak Street at 3:10 p.m.; Broadway at 3:55 p.m.; South Hanover Street at 5:29 p.m.; North Frederick Street at 7:15 p.m.; and North Frederick Street at 8:48 p.m.
• At 2:27 p.m., a call to South Lorimier Street.
• At 4:49 a.m., a call to Glenview Drive.
• At 11:25 a.m., a smoke detector activation, no fire, on South Main Street.
• At 12:45 p.m., a false alarm on Albert Street.
• At 1:48 p.m., public service on South Mount Auburn Road.
• At 2:14 p.m., a passenger vehicle fire on Locust Street.
• At 2:43 p.m., an alarm system sounding on Towers Circle.
• At 3:39 p.m., a call was dispatched and cancelled en route to Boutin Drive.
• At 5:32 p.m., a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Notre Dame Drive.
• At 7:20 p.m., a call on South Hanover Street.
• At 7:50 p.m., a vehicle accident, general cleanup on Perryville Road.
• At 9:05 p.m., a call was dispatched and cancelled en route to Interstate 55.
