The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday.

• Medical assist calls were made on Parksite Drive at 2:44 a.m. and South Hanover Street at 7:41 a.m.
• At 1:41 a.m., a call on South Sprigg Street.
• At 11:47 a.m., a call on William Street.
• At 2:56 p.m., an emergency medical service call on Chrysler Avenue.
• At 7:38 p.m., gasoline or other flammable liquid on Longview Drive.
• At 8:57 p.m., emergency medical sevice call on North Spring Street.
• At 11:29 p.m., a call on Jane Drive.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday.

• Medical assist calls were made on South West End Boulevard at 1:45 a.m.; North Frederick Street at 4:25 a.m.; Dunklin Avenue at 7:01 a.m.; Blattner Street at 10:57 a.m.; North Frederick Street at 12:06 p.m.; South West End Boulevard at 2:49 p.m.; Linden Street at 4:27 p.m.; Bloomfield Road at 5:14 p.m.; and Illinois Street at 11:51 p.m.
• At 12:59 a.m., a person in distress on North Ellis Street.
• At 1:52 a.m., a service call on South West End Boulevard.
• At 12:03 p.m., a false alarm on Lacey Street.
• At 2:39 p.m., a smoke detector on Belleridge Avenue.
• At 7:41 p.m., on outside rubbish, trash or waste fire on North Spanish Street.
• at 10:44 p.m., a call on William Street.
