The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: the Missouri Veterans Home at 7:47 a.m.; South Sprigg Street at 8:13 a.m.; Normal Avenue at 10:15 a.m.; Cape Meadows Circle at 12:46 p.m.; Themis Street at 12:49 p.m.; North County Park at 2:14 p.m.; North Sprigg Street at 7:59 p.m.; and Price Drive at 8:53 p.m.
• At 6:58 a.m., public service assistance on Lynnwood Drive.
• At 6:44 p.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries on South Mount Auburn Road.
• Other calls made to: William Street at midnight; South Sprigg Street at 12:19 a.m.; South Pacific Street at 3:18 a.m.; South Park Avenue at 6:45 p.m.; and Normal Avenue at 7:25 p.m.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: Themis Street at 3:12 a.m.; Brenda Kay Court at 6:01 a.m.; William Street at 10:36 a.m.; William Street at 11:11 a.m.; Village Drive at 12:33 p.m.; Normal Avenue at 12:45 p.m.; Broadway at 1:17 p.m.; William Street at 2:29 p.m.; and South West End Boulevard at 6:33 p.m.
• At 3:36 a.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, on Dearmont Circle.
• At 7:23 a.m., good intent call on Woodbine place.
• At 8:08 a.m., emergency medical service call on David Street.
• At 12:13 p.m., no incident found on arrival on Broadway.
• At 3:50 p.m., motor vehicle accident with no injury on Interstate 55.
• At 4:09 p.m., motor vehicle/pedestrian accident on North Street.
• At 4:29 p.m., good intent call on Campster Drive.
• At 8:03 p.m., a call to North Sprigg Street.
