The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday.

• Medical assists were made at 12:05 a.m. on William Street; 1:26 a.m. on North Frederick Street; 2:52 a.m. on East Rodney Drive; 5:14 a.m. on South Ellis Street; 9:38 a.m. on North Kingshighway; 12:23 p.m. on Linden Street; 1:22 p.m. on Linden Street; 3:01 p.m. on Whitener Street; 5:32 p.m. on Forest Street; and 8:23 p.m. on Bloomfield Road.
• At 8:07 a.m., a good-intent call on Interstate 55.
• At 12:27 p.m., a fire on South Sprigg Street.
• At 2:49 p.m., extrication of victims from a vehicle on North Kingshighway.
• At 5:56 p.m., a system malfunction on North Sprigg Street.
• At 6:21 p.m., a power line down on North Louisiana Street.

• Medical assists were made at 2:23 a.m. on North Frederick Street; 2:59 a.m. on North Main Street; 9:08 a.m. on South Benton Street; 9:37 a.m. on North Spring Street; 11:23 a.m. on North Sprigg Street; 11:57 a.m. on South Benton Street; 12:37 p.m. on Cuesta Drive; 3:49 p.m. on North Kingshighway; and 8:53 p.m. on Whitener Street.
• At 6:14 a.m., a call on Broadway.
• At 10:58 a.m., a hazardous condition on Saddlegate Court.
• At 6:06 p.m., a smoke-detector activation, no fire, on Broadway.
• At 8:05 p.m., a call on South Pacific Street.
• At 10:37 p.m., a call on North Fountain Street.
