The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Tuesday:

• Medical assist calls were made to: South Benton Street at 2:23 a.m.; South Sprigg Street at 2:48 a.m.; North Spanish Street at 7:07 a.m.; Fourth Street at 9:39 a.m.; Whitener Street at 1:04 p.m.; Brenda Kay Court at 1:13 p.m.; William Street at 1:21 p.m.; Delwin Street at 5:06 p.m.; North Kingshighway at 7:17 and 8:47 p.m.
• At 7:59 a.m., citizen assist on Big Bend Road.
• At 8:10 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on North Kingshighway.
• At 9:26 a.m., smoke/odor investigation on Linden Street.
• At 10:54 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on North Fountain Street.
• At 9:59 p.m., Dumpster/other outside trash on North Ellis Street.
