CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday:

• Medical assists were made at 6:05 a.m. on Independence Street; 6:45 a.m. on South Lake Road; 8:59 a.m. on North Silver Springs Road; 9:46 a.m. North Mount Auburn Road; 1:30 p.m. on Broadway; and 4:03 p.m. Doctors' Park.
• At 8:55 a.m., alarm system sounded on Doctors' Park.
• At 9:07 a.m., motor vehicle accident with no injuries on William Street.
• At 10:24 a.m., alarm system sounded on Siemers Drive.
• At 10:58 a.m., emergency medical service, excluding vehicle accident, on North Main Street.
• At 11:13 a.m., a call on Themis Street.
• At 4:53 p.m., smoke detector activation on Towers Circle.
• At 5:56 p.m., fuel burner/boiler malfunction, fire on Bellevue Street.
