CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Tuesday:

• Medical assists were made at 2:48 a.m. on South Spring Avenue; 2:55 a.m. on North Water Street; 2:58 a.m. on Big Bend Road; 9:14 a.m. on Alta Vista Drive; 5:11 p.m. on Linden Street; 6:21 p.m. on Stoddard Street; and 7:13 p.m. on Big Bend Road.
• At 9:10 a.m., a motor-vehicle accident with injuries on William Street.
• At 3:49 p.m., a call was dispatched and canceled en route to Nash Road.
• At 4 p.m., a call on William Street.
• At 8:30 p.m., a call on Independence Street.
• At 8:40 p.m., a call on Route V.
