The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Derek B. Friese, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on East Main Street on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Aaliyah E. Brown, 18, of Jackson was arrested at Highway 25 and Easton Lane on suspicion of driving while revoked-driving while suspended.
• Lawanda D. Combs, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Hill Drive on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for theft and probation violation for stealing.
• Huey A. Plunkett Jr., 34, of Gosnell, Arkansas, was arrested on Interstate 55, mile marker 95.8, on suspicion of driving while revoked-driving while suspended.
• Christian M. Fisher, 48, of Scott City was arrested on Deerfield Lane on suspicion of possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams of lass.
• Dequaries M. Williams, 21, no address, was arrested on U.S. 61 on a Franklin County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
• Roger D. Farmer, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on North Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey a judge's orders, possession of marijuana and unlawfule use of drug paraphernalia.
• Candy R. Caldwell, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at county roads 316 and 318 on suspicion of driving while revoked-driving while suspended.
• Jared N. Roth, 22, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a St. Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Robert H. Bramlett Jr., 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
• Elizabeth I. Harris, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for theft and failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a license and following another vehicle too closely.
• Andrew A. Frankum, 44, of Jackson was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• Richard A. Banks, 34, of Mounds, Illinois, was arrested on Hopper Road on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.
