The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Scarlett R. Skakalski, 26, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Aaron W. McNeely, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of the roadway.
* Leander West, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to stop for stop sign.
* Randy J. Buerck, 57, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Jason S. Crooks, 33, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of terms of ex parte.
* Michael A. Hill, 19, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for property damage and probation violation for theft-stealing.
* Jason B. Hecht, 23, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of synthetic narcotic, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams marijuana and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving, and failure to appear for peace disturbance.
* Jordan A. Locke, 18, of Riverside, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor visibly intoxicated.
* Valerie K. Smith, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of minor visibly intoxicated.
* Tradd B. Hess, 25, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and no seat belt.
* Helen A. Moore, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Deja R. Pinkston, 31, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for making a false report.
* Timothy I. Palmer, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Ethan M. Ruch, 18, of Millersville, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
