The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Cheryl L. Watkins, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt.
• David D. Hull, 55, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana and resisting arrest.
• Jordy W. Collins, 27, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana and resisting arrest.
• Bonnie M. Cutrell, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Connor A. Luebbert, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for excessive blood-alcohol content.
• Travis D. Blackmon, 36, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on two Sikeston, Missouri, Department of Public Safety warrants for failure to appear for trespassing and failure to appear for marijuana possession.
• Lola A. Cox, 57, of Whitewater was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and larceny.
• Brandon L. Hoskins, 35, on Bloomfield, Missouri, was arrested on a Wayne County, Missouri, warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Misty D. Johnston, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on a seat-belt violation.
• Stephanie M. White, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Department of Probation and Parole warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Kenneth J. Cissell, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
• Teddy L. West, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance.
• Antonio L. Long, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Galen L. Osborne, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree assault.
