CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 00 block of North Henderson Avenue.
• Assault was reported at Broadway and North Main Street. One adult and three juveniles are in custody pending charges.

Theft

• Theft was reported at 2932 La Mesa Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Identity theft was reported in the 2200 block of Cambridge Drive.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Austin Weissinger, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and tampering and on State of Missouri warrants for parole violations on charges of stealing, burglary and robbery.
• Matthew Haynes, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Lindsay Phillips, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft.
• Taylor Pierce, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Aaron Meystedt, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and first-degree tampering.
• Dalton Knight, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jared Dewrock, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• James Lafentres, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Rebekah Franz, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri warrant for a parole violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• Matthew Flippin, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Ryan Cook, 21, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Perryville warrant for speeding.
• Russel Morgan, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
• Pedro Hernandez, 17, of Perryville was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to yield.
