The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Markei D.E. Johnson, 19, 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving in a careless and imprudent manner, resisting arrest and stealing.
* Dennis L. Lacey, 26, 1433 N. Water St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Vincent W. Spicer, 50, 1841 Vincent St., was arrested on a warrant.
* Santonio D. Parker Jr., 18, 925 William St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to obey a police officer.
* Alia J. Shurn, 28, 1218 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* Cynthia D. Pounds, 56, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault, a Park Hills, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Malden, Mo., warrant for probation violation for larceny.
* Amy L. Dunlap, no age given, 1544 Amblewood Drive, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Larry R. Hamilton, no age given, 1733 Rampart St., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Beverly A. Jeffries, no age given, 1959 Briarwood Drive, was issued a summons for improper registration and following too close.
* Madeline M. Siefert, no age given, 1309 Vantage Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Sexual assault was reported.
* Burglary and theft of DVDs and a television power cord were reported at 1021 S. Pacific St.
* Burglary was reported at 1022 Themis St.
