The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Summer N. Truett, 35, 219 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Dexter, Missouri, warrant for a traffic offense.
  • Lisa Michelle Blair, 26, of Lilbourn, Missouri, was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to obey judges order on driving while revoked.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and property damage.
  • William Maxwell Brown, 31, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Derek Trey Davonte Gill, 21, 1122 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Austin Elijah Bush, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
  • Valerie Ilene Estes, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Deonandrea Mildred Stainback, 25, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested on a Greene County warrant for felony theft.
  • Bobbie Jo Purkey, 25, 1523 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant on two counts of failure to appear for a show-cause order for a suspended license.
  • Terry Lynn Price, 44, 229 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of a court order.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

Summons

  • Terry L. Price, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William Street.

  • Sexual misconduct was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • A 59-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • Child abuse was reported.
