Arrests

  • Justin Depauw, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri probation/parole warrant and a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • Nicholas Mergel, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri probation/parole warrant and a Cape Girardeau warrant.
  • Brandon Rogers, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Donald Lewis, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving with no insurance.
  • Mark Lincoln, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a charge of striking a legally stopped vehicle, shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • James Boley, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Assaults

  • Assault was reported at 211 St. Francis Drive.
  • Assault was reported at Walmart Supercent, 3439 William St.
  • Assault was reported on North Park Avenue.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported at Dunklin and North Missouri streets.
  • Shoplifting was reported at Walmart Supercenter, 3439 William St.

  • Angelya Byland, 40, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked license, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery of a controlled substance.
  • Harley Storie, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jaime McLeod, 37, of Pangburn, Arkansas, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported in the 1600 block of Ridge Road.

  • Gail Pullen, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
  • Jeremy Guest, 34, of New Madrid, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeffrey Dunne, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection and on Cape Girardeau and Festus, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to register a vehicle and operating a vehicle without a license.
  • James Yount, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.
  • Juli Good, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Brichardii Lee, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
