CAPE GIRARDEAU

Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Mariena Carter, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxictaed at Broadway and Lorimier Street.

Arrests

• Brenda Talue Hall, 26, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper lane usage.
• Jeremy Brannon, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving on a revoked license, improper registration and no insurance.

Theft

• Theft was reported at Och's Rent-A-Car at 714 N. Sprigg St.
• Theft was reported at Family Dollar at 735 William St.
• Theft was reported at Walmart at 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

• Indecent exposure was reported at 26 N. Main St.
• Distribution/delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at 8 Village Drive.

• Jason Andrews, 46, of Millersville was arrested on a Jackson Police Department warrant for a non-moving traffic violation.
• Steven Jaster, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Gabriel Pennington, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Anna Simminger, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of synthetic marijuana.
• Addison Puls, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Zebediah Farris, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Zachary Howard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of synthetic marijuana.
• Sheila Crites, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
• Darrell Helderman, 56, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Sean Labrot, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri warrant for a parole violation for possession of a controlled substance, distributing a controlled substance and third-degree stealing.
• Nigella Bird, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for distributing a controlled substance.
• Cole Ussery, 20, of Frohna, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• Travis Craft, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Arthur Ford IV, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for failure to appear.

JACKSON

Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Fraud

• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
