The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked/driving while suspended, second or subsequent offense.
- Mohammad Faisal, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant of commitment.
- Robert Seyer, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 1416 William St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.

Assault
- Domestic assault was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
Theft
- Burglary and stealing were reported at 807 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
- Request for service was made in the 700 block of Forest Avenue.
