The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls:

• Medical assists were made at 3:55 a.m. on North Water Street, 10:49 a.m. on North Kingshighway, 10:52 a.m. on Abbey Road, 4:56 p.m. on Linden Street and 6:29 p.m. on North Street.
• At 9 a.m., citizen assist on Camel Back Road.
• At 12:56 p.m., defective elevator, no occupants, on Broadway.
• At 3:54 p.m., carbon monoxide incident on South Ellis Street.
• At 6:52 p.m., smoke detector activation, no fire, on North Sprigg Street.
