State Representative Kathryn Swan - District 147

Kathryn Swan was elected to serve District 147 in the Missouri House of Representatives in November 2012. She serves on the following committees: Elementary and Secondary Education, Higher Education, Appropriations-Education, Workforce Development and Workforce Safety, and the Special Standing Committee on Emerging Issues in Health Care. She also serves on the Majority Whip Team and the Speaker's Advisory Committee.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Rep. Kathryn Swan (R-Cape Girardeau) has filed HB1950 which would require documentation that no taxes are due for the issuance of a local business license or renewal. Currently, statements are only required for city licenses, not county licenses.
