  • You know, originally, I was deeply hurt that I was not included with the other Bat-men. Then, I realized that they are all actors and as everyone who knows me is aware . . . . I AM BAT-MAN!!!!

  • I'm a little biased towards Michael Keaton. I grew up with the first Batman movie on tape, and watched it all the time. If we were arguing about Jokers, Jack Nicholson's Joker was something completely different from that of Heath Ledger's Joker, different enough that they are both tops in my book. But I can't say the same for Batman. Christian Bale, while he is *okay*, I hate, hate, HATE when he *talks* as Batman. His low, gravely mumbling is over-the-top ridiculous. Get the guy who voiced the Batman cartoon to dub over Bale's voice- he was great at it. Of course, Adam West is a classic, and I do appreciate that he can appear on any number of shows to poke fun at himself. The Simpsons, Jonny Bravo, Family Guy, The Fairly Odd Parents, and on and on. He's become one of my favorite actors, and I never even watched him as Batman!

And that thing about Clooney and Paris Hilton- no way. Completely untrue. I keep up on that gossip stuff (Sad? Yeah?).

  • Untrue? That's a relief. Didn't mean to spread any falsehoods. I read it in what is usually considered a legitimate newspaper -- the St. Louis Post Dispatch -- which I'm sure got the information from another normally reliable source, the Associated Press.

I sincerely hope he is not sullying his reputation with that woman.

    Thanks for reading.
