Breathalyzer for Cape police 1960

The new Breathalyzer, used to determine intoxication of drivers and other persons suspected of being drunk, arrived at Cape Girardeau police station Monday and was demonstrated for various area law enforcement officers. From the left, Sgt. G.W. Lampley of the State Highway Patrol, Cape Police Chief Percy R. Little, Cape County Sheriff John C. Crites, Evidence Technician of the Highway Patrol Sgt. Howard I.
